What data I collect
Through the introductory conversation form I collect your full name, e-mail address, phone number and whatever you choose to write in your message. If you contact me by e-mail or WhatsApp, I process the data you send that way.
Please do not include more personal or health details in your message than are needed to arrange a first conversation.
Purpose and legal basis
I use your data solely to reply to your enquiry and to arrange an introductory conversation or appointment. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) and, for any health data you choose to share, Article 9(2)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation) and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)).
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to the contact details above. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before it.
Who has access
I do not sell or share your data with third parties. The website hosting provider and the e-mail provider have access only as far as technically necessary, acting as processors.
How long I keep data
Enquiries are kept for as long as we are in contact and for no more than 12 months after our last contact, unless regulations (for example accounting rules) require longer.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and to object to processing. Send your request to the contact details above.
If you believe your data is not being processed lawfully, you can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (azop.hr).
